Conference Agenda
Ecometry World Conference 2006 officially begins on Sunday,
June 11th with a welcome reception. The Conference will commence
on Monday, June 12th at 8:00 A.M. and end at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday,
June 14th.

Transportation
Paragon Events, our annual Conference planners, will be happy
to assist you with flight reservations to the Miami International Airport, if you wish. The Radisson Miami Hotel is approximately
15 minutes from Miami Airport.

Paragon Events can also provide information on ground transportation. Should you wish to utilize Paragon Events for booking transportation, they will send itineraries for your approval before confirming reservations.

Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for all meetings and
social functions. The Ecometry Beach Party and Team Events attire,
however, may include beachwear or sportswear. Please be sure
to bring a jacket or sweater as indoor air conditioning in
Florida can sometimes be quite strong.

Spouse/Guest Package
To better accommodate Conference participants, we are happy
to offer a Spouse/Guest package which includes all evening
events, breakfasts, lunches and breakout sessions. The price
for the package is $695.
Please note that this is a business function. Children are
not permitted in the Conference area or at any Conference
activites.

Hotel and Directions
Hotel reservations should be made online via the Conference
website. Hotel rooms at the Radisson Miami Hotel are $139 per
night. Hotel rooms can only be reserved with a valid credit card, and a confirmation notice will be provided to you approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
To complete your hotel reservations offline, contact Paragon
Events (800-711-5548). We have arranged for the group rate
to be available beginning Friday, June 9th - Saturday,
June 17th for those who wish to add extra nights
and take advantage of an extended stay in South Florida.
